Students are nominated by their teachers and will receive a certificate and bag tag to wear on their backpack showing they are a RockSTAR. They will also have a STAR put on the RockSTAR bulletin board in the elementary hallway. Our AES RockSTARs for this month are: Owen Desmit, Avery Grace, Peyton Schmalshof, Lily Parks, Kielee McCormick, and Josie Featherlin.

📈 Due the continued rise in community and school related positive cases, the impact on available teachers, paraprofessionals, bus drivers, nurses and the growing student quarantine and exclusion numbers, in coordination with the Board of Education, health department personnel, school nurses and school administration - the A-Town School District will stay in remote learning through the end of this week. No in-person tomorrow or Friday. Please practice the 3 Ws. 1. Wear your mask. 2. Watch your distance 3. Wash/sanitize your hands frequently.

Atown Book Committee gives books to classrooms and students to promote literacy and access to books. Our first student book giveaway was to 2 students from each grade that showed good citizenship skills. These were the students who earned books a few weeks ago. Congratulations!!
