The ATown Middle School Basketball boys kick off the Sand Valley Conference tonight with a game at home vs Costa at 5:30. We are seated #1 in the tournament! Good Luck Boys!
Ho Ho Ho and Happy Holidays from the Knox County IL CEO Program. We invite you to join us for an afternoon of holiday fun at the Holiday Hop. Kids get in for $5 each and parents are free! Tickets available at the door - day of only. There will be a pancake breakfast in the morning along with other boutiques, then cross over to the Holiday Hop where you will get to enjoy 10 stations of cookie decorating, hot cocoa, crafts, snacks, movies and more! We even heard Santa will be there for pictures! All proceeds go back the the Knox County IL CEO students.
The Knox County IL CEO Program is a dual credit business and entrepreneurial opportunity that is open to all Knox County High School Juniors and Seniors. This class takes them all over the county on site visits, to visit speakers and learn soft skills in order to run a business. The class works on projects throughout the year but focuses on a class business (Holiday Hop) and their individual business. At the end of the class they will have a 100% real business and skills they will be able to take with them into their future.
November 28th and 29th the students in grades Pre-k, Kindergarten and 1st Grade selected a free Reading is Fundamental book.
